Xia Chuyi, Huo Shiqian, and their son Huo Shiwu share a loving family moment before returning to their hotel. They then make an international call to their family in Capital City, who are overjoyed to hear from Shi Wu and ask about his well-being abroad.

Once the elders concluded their inquiries and showered young Huo Shiwu with commendations,

the little boy’s voice could be heard offering earnest advice: "Grandma, you must remember to exercise. Grandpa, please try not to lose your temper. Grandfather needs to take more walks..."

"Alright, alright!" The elders, touched by little Huo Shiwu’s wise counsel, naturally responded with a cascade of praise.

After tending to his grandparents, Huo Xiaowu turned his attention to Ou Jun and the others.

"Uncle and Aunt, you should work hard too. Xiaowu wants a little sister, and a little brother," he declared, proceeding to list them individually.

"Second Uncle should also put in the effort. Xiaowu wants a second aunt," Huo Shiwu stated with a serious little face.

"Uncle Xiao Gui should also work hard and find an aunt." Back in Lianling County, Huo Shiwu continued, "Great Uncle and Great Aunt need to earn more money. Aunt Qianqian should eat more, and Aunt Star also..."

Little Huo Shiwu rattled off guidance to everyone dear to him back home in China, finally concluding with: "Grandma, please remember to relay my words. They are all adults now and must know how to strive for more."

"Mhm, mhm, mhm," Mrs. Ou and the others found no fault with little Huo Shiwu’s “serious and earnest” pronouncements. Instead, they marveled at their grandson’s exceptional cleverness.

Once little Huo Shiwu finished conversing with the elders, it was Xia Chuyi and Huo Shiqian’s turn for the phone call.

"Mom, here," little Huo Shiwu handed the phone to Xia Chuyi. "Mom, remember not to talk for too long. Making money isn’t easy, and international calls are expensive."

This cheeky son, knowing the cost of international calls, had talked for such an extended period?

She accepted the phone with amusement, replying, "Yes, I know, little housekeeper."

After passing the phone to her mother and observing her “childish” demeanor, little Huo Shiwu shook his little head, sighing, "You all truly make me worry."

Xia Chuyi’s mouth twitched.

If it weren’t for Huo Shiwu bearing such a strong resemblance to both herself and Huo Shiqian, Xia Chuyi might have questioned if the child was truly hers.

Witnessing his wife and son in this dynamic, Huo Shiqian offered a gentle smile.

The larger and the smaller, though neither entirely carefree, were a source of his contentment.

Meanwhile, on the other end of the call, knowing that Xia Chuyi and the others were now speaking, the atmosphere in the Capital City grew considerably calmer.

There was little choice; Chuyi was not as capable as Shi Wu, and the elder was not as capable as the younger. This had become an unspoken, iron rule within both the Huo and Ou Families.

"This World Food Festival, while not a premier international event, presents an opportunity. Since our Country Z is participating, all of you should strive to promote our cuisine at the festival."

In response to this directive, Xia Chuyi replied, "Dad, Mom, rest assured, I already have a plan in mind."

After discussing matters of business and receiving some counsel from the Capital City regarding Huo Shiwu’s well-being, Xia Chuyi finally ended the call.

Indeed, this foreign food festival, as Mrs. Ou had remarked, did not rank among the top international gatherings.

Xia Chuyi’s presence here was twofold: firstly, due to Rayne’s invitation, and secondly, her belief that the time was ripe to promote WEI within the United States and even locally.

Because at a food festival of this nature, achieving any recognition would easily capture the attention of various delegations.

As for Huo Shiqian, since Xia Chuyi was attending as the chef representing Country Z’s delegation, he had applied to join the delegation’s visit, accompanying Xia Chuyi.

On one hand, he was there to offer Xia Chuyi his support, and on the other, to address certain ancestral property matters with the Bao Family in Rayne.
